Thank you for your interest in the Tasting Bar, please note the following:
You will need to provide enough product for 1,200 (2 oz.) food samples or 1,200 (1 oz.) beverage samples.
Food samples must be (2 oz.) or smaller. Please provide product at sample size. Full size items may be provided as long as preparation is only cutting to smaller portions.
Beverage samples must be (1 oz.) or smaller. Please provide only pre-mixed, finished product drinks. Product can be single serving to gallon size containers. If your product is a powder or requires mixing, this must be done at your booth. You may then provide the Tasting Bar with pitchers of finished drinks throughout the day. If you do mix your beverage at your booth, you will be required to purchase a hand wash sink to abide by Clark County Health & Safety Regulations through Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services. Beverages containing alcohol are not allowed.
If any food or beverage product requires refrigeration storage, we will be able to provide for the two expo hall days, at no charge. Quantities may be limited.
Samples dispensed are limited to products manufactured, processed or distributed by the exhibiting company. Home-made samples are prohibited.
