Thank you for your interest in the Tasting Bar. Please carefully read the following:

You will need to provide enough product for 1,200 (2 oz.) food samples or 1,200 (1 oz.) beverage samples. Beverages containing alcohol are not allowed.

Preparing food & beverage at the Tasting Bar is permitted in two formats: heating (food) and mixing (beverage). Pre-made foods that simply need to be re-heated or beverage ingredients that simply need to be mixed together, then portioned to approved sample-size are allowed. Actual cooking is not allowed.

Depending on product preparation needs, we will work with you to determine staffing needs.

Samples dispensed are limited to products manufactured, processed or distributed by the exhibiting company only. Home-made samples are prohibited.

FOOD:

Examples of approved food items and their heating applications, but are not limited to, include: frozen gluten-free pizza (convection oven), plant-based chicken bites (microwave), tater tots (air fryer), meatballs (slow cooker), soup (stovetop), BBQ meat (slow cooker).

Heating equipment that is allowed and will be provided by SupplySide show management along with necessary power requirements includes: electric or induction stovetop, electric convection oven, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, toaster, toaster oven, popcorn machine, griddle, hot plates / food warmers to keep samples at appropriate temperature when being sampled.

Heating equipment that is not allowed includes: gas cooktops, open flames, fryers with oil, food trucks.

Food items that require a sauce, dressing, condiment, etc. to be served alongside food item are allowed and are to be provided by sponsor. SupplySide show management will provide pots, pans and appropriate & necessary cooking utensils.

BEVERAGE:

Examples of approved beverage items and their mixing applications, but are not limited to, include: protein smoothie (blender), green juice (juicer), nut milk (food processor), electrolyte drink (shaker).

Mixing equipment that is allowed and will be provided by SupplySide show management along with necessary power requirements includes: blender, juicer, food processer, shaker.

Frozen/cold food & beverage items such as ice cream, yogurt, spreads are also allowed and can be stored appropriately. If any food or beverage product requires refrigeration or frozen storage, SupplySide show management will be able to provide for the two expo hall days, at no charge. Quantities may be limited.
