Attendance Guidelines:
Arrival/Departure Days
Arrive either Monday, Oct. 27 or Tuesday, Oct. 28.
Depart on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 30 or on the morning of Friday, Oct. 31.
Event attendance
Attend the First-Time Attendee Reception at Border Grill, Mandalay Bay on Tuesday, Oct. 28 | 5–7pm.
Attend both Expo Hall days: Wednesday, Oct. 29 and Thursday, Oct. 30 (badge scans will be verified).
Travel Reimbursement Guidelines:
Reimbursement Details
Eligible hosted buyers may receive reimbursement for economy round-trip airfare up to a maximum of $500 USD.
Reimbursement applies solely to direct travel to and from SupplySide Global 2025.
The following expenses are NOT eligible for reimbursement:

Flight upgrades (premium economy, business class, first class)

Additional legs or stops for business or personal travel

Seat selection fees or priority boarding

Baggage fees
-
Travel insurance
-
Airport transfers or ground transportation

Meals during travel
Reimbursement Process
To initiate reimbursement, Hosted Buyers must:
Email a PDF copy of their flight receipt/itinerary to vanessa.cruz@informa.com.

Complete and submit a W9 form (for U.S. citizens/residents) or equivalent tax form (for international participants) to vanessa.cruz@informa.com.

All documentation must be submitted no later than August 25, 2025.
Reimbursements will be processed AFTER SupplySide Global 2025 concludes and only after verification of the Hosted Buyer's attendance and participation.
Payment will be issued after verification of attendance and receipt of all required documentation.
Testimonial Provision:
By accepting the terms and conditions of participation in the SupplySide Global 2025 Hosted Buyer Program, the undersigned party hereby acknowledges and agrees to provide a testimonial regarding their experience, which may be captured in video and/or written format. Such testimonial content shall be incorporated into future marketing and promotional materials for the SupplySide Global event and its associated Hosted Buyer Program.
The participant understands that any testimonial provided may be edited for clarity, length, and promotional purposes while maintaining the integrity of the original sentiment expressed. SupplySide reserves all rights to utilize such testimonial content across various marketing channels in perpetuity.
Failure to meet these guidelines could affect your reimbursement and designation as a participant in the program.
